3. Data Deletion via Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
If you have used our services through Meta platforms, you can also remove data by:
- Going to your Facebook account
- Navigating to Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Clicking on Apps and Websites
- Selecting our application and clicking Remove
This action disconnects your account and initiates data removal from our system.
4. Processing Timeline
- We process all valid requests within 7 working days
- In some cases (legal or security verification), it may take up to 30 days
5. Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain limited data only if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Dispute resolution
This retained data will be securely stored and deleted once no longer required.
6. Confirmation of Deletion
Once your request is processed:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Your data will be permanently deleted or anonymized
